Square scraper is a kind of scraper with quadruple link rods flexible scraper arm at both sides of the equipment. The arm will keep extending to the wall of the tank. The scraper will running around the square tank and can reach every corner of the tank.
The scraper consists of scraper arm drive, master scraper, side scraper, master harrow supporting, guide pulley, underwater bearing, slug scraper, sludge discharge funnel, bridge and link rod. Gear motor is induction machine with flange, overload protection and alarming device.
The square increases the area of the tank to 127%, reduces 35% field between neighbor constructions. Each part of the system is a indicated system, distance and connecting pipes between them are reduced. Total investment amount will be reduced about 25%. Power consumption per ton is 29% lower. The square structure can create liquid disturbance and enhance the coagulation reaction by using the four corners.
