Mechanical screen
With special harrow, rotative chain will turning driven by the motor. The harrow of the screen is designed opposite direction to the water flow. When the harrow runs to the top side of the screen, rows of harrow will clean each other due to the guidance of cannel wheel and curved track. Most part of the sundries will fall off because gravity. The rest part will be cleaned up by the reverse running cleaning device. The gap between harrow rows could be fixed in ahead according to the size of sundries. Water flow will be ensured smoothly after the sundries filtered by the screen. The running of the screen could be continuously or intermittent.
The biggest advantage of the screen is automatically running, high separating ability, lower power consumption, anti-corrosive. The equipment can running automatically without any operator due to its overloading protection device. During fault period, the screen will stop immediately.
