Summarize
Belt filter press is high efficiency separation equipment based on chemical coagulation filtration and mechanical press theory. Operation principal
Completely mixed with certain density of flocculating agent, small size solids will form bigger floccule and free water will be separated. Filtered sludge will flow into gravity dewatering zone and most part of free water will be filtered out. Sludge will come into a wedge-shaped area formed by two filter belts. The sludge will be pressed by the two belts. Density of sludge raises and flowability reduces. In press area, increasing pressure and shearing force separate more remained free water from sludge. Sludge will become waterless cake and will be scraped off. The upper and lower filter belt will be flushed and run the next filtering process.
Characteristic
Combines belt presser and belt filter ensures continuously sludge concentration, dewatering and get waterless sludge cake. Solid content will be enhanced from 2% to 5% in concentration process and will reach 20% after filter pressing process.
The equipment consists of stainless rack, gravity dewatering area, filter pressing area, sludge harrow, driving unit, filter belt cleaning device, belt tightness adjusting device, belt guiding system, filtrate collecting cannel and discharge cannel, inner wiring tube etc. Anti-corrosive material of all above parts ensures long lifespan of the equipment.
Perfect automatically running and security function. Lack of sludge, lack of polymer, off tracking of belts, low flush pressure, low air pressure will stop the equipment and alarm.
Especially big diameter arc dewatering technology increases the pressure of the belt slowly and continuously and stops sludge leakage circumstance.
